How to Use
- Diffuser: Add a few drops to your diffuser according to the device instructions.
- Topical (diluted): Blend 1–2 drops per 5 ml of carrier oil and apply to wrists, temples, or the back of the neck. For children, use a gentler dilution and patch test first.
- Bedtime routine: Diffuse 30–60 minute
