How to Use

Adults and those aged 16 and over: 2 capsules at bedtime only. Do not exceed 2 capsules in 24 hours. Do not use for more than 5 nights without medical advice. Take with water. Do not drive or operate machinery after taking — significant drowsiness will occur.

If you need daytime cold and flu relief, use a non-sedating product such as Solpa Cold & Flu Capsules (paracetamol + decongestant, no sedating antihistamine). Night Nurse is strictly for bedtime only.

Can I take Night Nurse with other cold medicines?

No — do not take Night Nurse with any other product containing paracetamol (Lemsip, Solpa Cold & Flu, paracetamol tablets) as this risks paracetamol overdose. Do not take with other cough suppressants or sedating medicines including alcohol. Always check with your Chemco pharmacist if you are unsure which products are safe to combine.
