SylliFlor Psyllium Husks Vanilla is a 100% natural dietary fibre supplement made from psyllium husks (Plantago ovata) with a gentle vanilla flavour — providing all the proven digestive health benefits of psyllium in a pleasant, easy-to-take daily format. How to Use
Mix the recommended serving (typically 1–2 teaspoons) with at least 200ml of water, juice or another suitable liquid. Drink immediately before the mixture thickens. Follow with an additional glass of water. Take once or twice daily as needed. It is essential to drink adequate fluid throughout the day when taking psyllium husk — without sufficient fluid, psyllium can cause bloating or, rarely, intestinal blockage.
Food supplement. Not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for those with bowel obstruction or difficulty swallowing. Always drink sufficient fluid when using. If taking regular medication, take psyllium at a separate time (at least 1–2 hours apart) as it can affect drug absorption. If pregnant or breastfeeding, speak with your pharmacist or GP before use.

What is the difference between SylliFlor Vanilla, Plain and Cocoa?
All three contain the same psyllium husk formula and deliver identical fibre and digestive health benefits — the only difference is flavour. SylliFlor Vanilla has a light, gentle vanilla taste suitable for smoothies and yoghurt. SylliFlor Cocoa has a mild chocolate flavour. SylliFlor Plain is completely unflavoured and can be mixed with anything without affecting taste. The choice comes down entirely to personal preference.
How long does SylliFlor take to work?
Most people notice improved bowel regularity within 2–3 days of consistent daily use, provided adequate fluid intake is maintained. For cholesterol or blood sugar support, the benefit is cumulative — clinical evidence typically assesses improvement after 4–8 weeks of consistent daily supplementation.
Can I take SylliFlor with my medication?
Psyllium husk can slow the absorption of some medications by forming a physical barrier in the gut. If you take regular prescription medication — particularly thyroid medication, diabetes medication, cholesterol-lowering drugs or antiepileptics — take your medication at a separate time from SylliFlor, ideally at least 1–2 hours before or after.
