La Roche-Posay Effaclar K+ Anti-Blackhead Moisturiser is a targeted moisturiser for skin with blackheads, enlarged pores and excess sebum. The formula contains LHA at a concentration specifically optimised to loosen and prevent blackheads, combined with micro-exfoliating salicylic acid and a sebum-regulating complex. It works by exfoliating the inside of the pore where blackheads form, gradually reducing their appearance over 4–6 weeks of consistent use.
